Memorial service for former LISD trustee scheduled for Saturday
Former Lubbock Independent School District trustee Elizabeth “Liz” Sisco will be honored with a memorial service Saturday, Jan. 18, at The Legacy.
Sisco, a reverend, died in August in Fort Worth, according to an email from LISD Communications Director Nancy Sharp. Sisco’s favorite season of the Christian year was Epiphany, and her family has honored her wish to have a celebration in Lubbock at this time of year.
