Allstate Insurance launches recruitment initiative in Lubbock
Allstate Insurance Co. is launching a recruitment campaign to appoint 15 new agency owners in West Texas this year, with a focus on the Lubbock area.
Allstate agency owners in West Texas are also actively searching for qualified candidates to fill more than 100 sales professional positions in their agencies in 2014, including in the Lubbock area. The population boom in West Texas is a significant factor fueling Allstate’s agency growth strategy.
