Bill Bates, former Dallas Cowboys player, will be speaker for the Lubbock Boys and Girls Club Outback Steak Dinner at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, March 6, at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center.
Tickets to the event are $35 for individuals, $50 for couples, or $500 per table of six. Information is available from the Lubbock Boys and Girls Club, 792-2880, 3221 59th St.
The annual fundraiser provides for the operation of the club. It is titled, “A Night of Champions.”
