A man Lubbock police arrested last summer on a charge of soliciting a minor has been indicted by a Lubbock County grand jury.
Adrian Ernesto De La Cruz, 28, was charged on Monday, March 17 with online solicitation of a minor for sex.
Lubbock police arrested De La Cruz at a softball field in the 1600 block of 27th Street in September 2013 after answering an advertisement on Craigslist to meet a 15-year-old girl for sex.
The ad was part of a Lubbock police effort to arrest sexual predators.
