Jackson Dean Construction of Tukwila, Wash., took out two permits, totalling more than $18.2 million for construction of the new Costco store in Lubbock at 6020 34th St.
Helker and Crawford Constructors of Lewisville took out a $1 million permit to build a new CVS pharmacy at 608 N. Slide Road.
