Dr. Ben Carson will be the keynote speaker at the eighth annual Operation HOPE Banquet at 7 p.m. Saturday, March 29, at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center, 1501 Mac Davis Lane.
Tickets are $125 per person, $200 per couple, $250 per person for VIP and $800 for a table of eight.
