The Lubbock Fire Marshal’s office is investigating a fire that started early Friday morning, April 11, at a home in north Lubbock.
Lubbock Fire Rescue deployed a standard structure response of three fire engines and a truck at about 3 a.m. to a residence in the 2800 block of Emory Street, according to Capt. Nick Wilson, LFR spokesman.
The blaze was concentrated on the rear of the house and firefighters spent about an hour to extinguish it, he said.
No injuries were reported and Wilson could not say if the home was occupied at the time of the fire.
