As race notification requests have begun to arrive at the Avalanche-Journal offices, 2014 is looking the same.
Susan Caudle, race calendar director for the West Texas Running Club, said the organization hosts 13 races every year -- one every month and two in November.
There are approximately 38 run or walk events that benefit various organizations already scheduled throughout this year, including the events hosted by the WTRC.
