Tom and Marla Barnett of Lubbock are pleased to announce the engagement of their son, Joshua, to Meagan Montalvo of Colorado City. She is the daughter of Sheila Parmer of Pampa and the late Amado Montalvo. Meagan is a graduate of Colorado City High and earned her Associates from Western Texas College in Snyder. She is employed at Boot City. Joshua is a graduate of Coronado High and attended Texas Tech. He is employed by Acosta Sales and Marketing. The couple plan to marry on June 14th at the Legacy Event Center.
