So many great things are happening in the Hub. Congratulations to the Tech baseball team, and Sir Paul will be visiting our fine city.
I am truly hoping the city has taken extra care in City of Lubbock Cemetery, especially Buddy Holly’s graveside. I was there a few weeks ago and it looked rather sad.
Maybe this is a good time for all Lubbockites to help keep Lubbock beautiful by not littering. I’m very excited to have Sir Paul McCartney honor us with his visit and I’m sure Buddy’s family and hundreds of other fans feel the same way.
