A partnership between Lubbock hospitals will make it easier for patients treated at University Medical Center, Covenant Health and/or Texas Tech Physicians locations to have medical records readily available.
Patients can opt in to participate in the health information exchange called Llano Estacado Access Partners that will allow each of the locations to share patient information as needed with patient consent.
