Cabela’s, a hunting, fishing and outdoor gear store, is getting set to open it’s doors in Lubbock.
The official opening day is at 11 a.m. on June 26. The store is located at 3030 W Loop 289.
Rodney Talor, general manager, said he expects up to 1,000 people to camp outside to be early in line of it’s opening. Opening day will consist of gift giveaways and family events, he said.
Within the store, shelves are already full of supplies, and workers continue their training and safety seminars prior to opening day.
