A semi truck overturned in Terry County on Tuesday night during a thunderstorm, the Terry County Sheriff’s department said.
No word on injuries in the accident, which occurred near Highway 380 West and County Road 175.
Deputies were working the scene as of 10:15 p.m., the sheriff’s department said.
Significant rain and wind likely will bypass Lubbock, the National Weather Service said.
Brownfield was hit with rain and Wolfforth with 41 mph winds, but the storm dissipated in Lubbock County and moved into Lynn County later Tuesday night, the Weather Service said.
