City beach party Saturday to benefit Foster-A-Life
The Landsharks, a Jimmy Buffett tribute band, will provide the music and show at the ninth annual Hub City Beach Party at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at the Cactus Courtyard, 1801 Buddy Holly Ave. Gates open at 5 p.m.
This is the 10th anniversary and only fundraiser for Foster-A-Life, a 100 percent volunteer organization that provides services and opportunities to children involved with Child Protective Services in Lubbock and 17 surrounding counties.
