Alec and Courtney were united in marriage on July 19, 2014 at Lakeridge UMC Chapel in Lubbock. Reverand Matt Wolfington officiated the ceremony. Whitney Ward, sister of the bride and Kagan Massey, life long friend served as Maids of Honor Shane Birchfield, brother of the groom and Landon Lamb of Lubbock served as Best Men. Mr. and Mrs. Ernie McFernon of Mansfield, Tx are parents of the bride. Dr. and Mrs. Vance Birchfield of Lubbock are parents of the groom. The couple will reside in Pensacola, Florida after the wedding.
