The Texas Tech Board of Regents Finance and Administration Committee approved Tech’s 2015 systemwide budget during its meeting Thursday afternoon in Lubbock.
The $1.7 billion budget includes an increase of $51 million, including a 2 percent merit raise for Tech, Texas Tech Health Sciences Center faculty and staff and a 1 percent increase for Angelo State.
