There were 325 ballots cast Sunday — the seventh day of early voting for the Senate District 28 special election, according to the Lubbock County Office of Elections. The seven-day total is 6,679.
Early voting ends Friday. All voting locations will be closed Monday for Labor Day. Election day is Sept. 9.
Candidates are, in ballot order, Charles Perry (Republican), E.M. Garza (Republican), Delwin Jones (Republican), Kerry Douglas McKennon (Libertarian), Jodey Arrington (Republican) and Greg Wortham (Democrat).
