The local lupus support group will host the sixth annual Lubbock Walk to End Lupus at 9 a.m. Sept. 20.
Registration is required, but there is no fee.
People who wish to participate can register online at lupuswalk2014.kintera.org.
The event will be at the Hodges Park Buddy Holly Recreation Area.
Registration will start at 9 a.m. The walk will begin at 10 a.m. Awards will be given at 11:30 a.m.
