Mama Fu’s opened a new Lubbock location on Monday, Aug. 19. Information about the opening was inadvertently left out of the Sunday, Aug. 18, Business Bulletin Board column. This opening marks the third of 11 restaurants set to open in the region. Lubbock’s second Mama Fu’s is at 910 Quaker Ave. Leading the expansion is entrepreneur and restaurateur Kendall Howard.
