The family musical “Cats” will be staged as a production of Lubbock Moonlight Musicals at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 20-22, and 2 p.m. Nov. 23, at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center, 1501 Mac Davis Lane.
Ken Page, who portrayed Old Deuteronomy on Broadway, and again in the film adaptation, has accepted a request to reprise the role in Lubbock.
The play, first performed in 1981, has music and lyrics by Andrew Lloyd Webber, based on T.S. Eliot’s “Old Possum’s Book of Practical Cats.”
