City’s first tattoo
convention planned
The 2013 Full Tilt Tattoo Convention, conceived by Toshia Chere Humphries and Jessica Tweed, will take place throughout the Oct. 11-13 weekend at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center, 1501 Mac Davis Lane.
More than 40 national and international tattoo artists will be present.
This will be Lubbock’s first full-scale gathering of tattoo artists.
Details of the convention are not finalized, but it will include live music each night.
