Lubbock drivers are the fifth safest drivers in Texas, according to an Allstate report released Tuesday, Aug. 27.
The insurance company’s America’s Best Drivers Report compares vehicle insurance claims across the country between 2010 and 2011 and ranked Lubbock as 50th in the nation.
