Williams headlines laid back show on Sunday
Country music recording artist Don Williams, 74, will headline a concert at 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 1 at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center, 1501 Mac Davis Lane.
Irish singer-songwriter Colm Kirwan will open.
