As a Lubbock citizen and taxpayer, I have a question for the Lubbock ISD. Why are the gates to the playground at Preston Smith School locked?
We pay our school taxes, yet we are denied the opportunity to use this playground next to the school. The rest of the school grounds are open to the public, why not the playground?
Citizens can come and use the ball facilities without having to worry about being locked out. Why can’t the playground next to the school on the east side be avaliable to us? Can anyone answer this question, please?
