Alzheimer’s group to hold walk Saturday
The Alzheimer’s Association of Lubbock will host a Walk to End Alzheimer’s on Saturday, Sept. 7, at the Wells Fargo Amphitheater.
The event is free and will include a one-mile, two-mile and 5K course. Participants can walk or run the course of their choice.
Dogs are allowed if they’re on a leash.
Registration/check-in for the event starts 8:30 a.m. Opening ceremonies start at 10 a.m.
