AUSTIN — Texas House Speaker Joe Straus has appointed Rep. John Frullo to the Energy Council, an organization that includes representatives from Texas, nine other states and Alberta, Canada.
“I am honored Speaker Straus appointed me to this council,” Frullo, R-Lubbock, said in a statement his office released Thursday. “Creating an appropriate energy policy that stewards our valuable energy resources well, is paramount.”
Straus said he was just as pleased to appoint Frullo to the council.
