Lubbock Fire Rescue crews are going through a training exercise Wednesday, Dec. 4, at Lubbock Preston Smith International Airport.
LFR Battalion Chief Rob Keinast said the live-fire training will go on until noon.
According to an airport news release, the training will produce flames and smoke that will be visible from the communities surrounding the airport.
