Expect beards, novelty T-shirts and an earful of lectures to Lubbock’s City Council when public comments go “Duck Dynasty” style.
After being told by city leaders last month the city will no longer televise unplanned public comments on the city’s cable channel, about 10 people signed up to speak against censorship at the council meeting at 6:15 p.m. today, Jan. 9, at City Hall.
And several hope to send a message borrowed from the headlines.
