No injuries were reported in a house fire Thursday night, Jan. 14, in the 5200 block of 46th Street.
Lubbock firefighters responded to the blaze about 6:30 p.m. after a neighbor reported observing smoke coming from the house.
They determined the fire began in the kitchen but are still investigating its cause.
