Ken Cope, a Texas Republican for the U.S. Senate, will be participating in a candidate forum with the Lubbock Area Republican Women from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 16, at the LakeRidge Country Club.
Also running against incumbent Sen. John Cornyn in the Republican primary are Chris Mapp, Dwayne Stovall, Linda Vega, Curt Cleaver, Reid Reasor and Steve Stockman.
