City’s first tattoo
convention planned
The 2013 Full Tilt Tattoo Convention, conceived by Toshia Chere Humphries and Jessica Tweed, will take place Oct. 11-13 at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center, 1501 Mac Davis Lane. More than 30 national and international tattoo artists will be present.
According to Select-A-Seat, ticket prices will be $20 for a general admission one-day pass, $40 for a weekend pass if purchased before Oct. 1, and $50 for a weekend pass if purchased after Oct. 1.
