NTS Communications has successfully completed its acquisition by Connecticut-based Tower Three LLC, CEO Guy Nissenson said.
NTS has been in Lubbock since 1991; it is a provider of high speed broadband services in northern Texas and southeastern Louisiana. The company, which moved its headquarters to downtown Lubbock in early 2013, will remain under the same name.
The announcement that Tower Three was going to acquire more than 90 percent of NTS’ shares in the acquisition occurred in October 2013.
NTS was sold to Tower Three for $2 a share.
