A West Texas farmer and family man now has an additional title.
Jason Coleman took over Sept. 3 as the new general manager for the High Plains Underground Water Conservation District.
His most recent stint was leading the South Plains Underground Water Conservation District. Based in Brownfield, his former agency oversees a smaller service area than the 16 counties of the High Plains district.
